Date: 21st October 2026
Time: 9:00am

Being hosted by Doncaster Colleges Group in their state of the art facilities and led by specialists in renewable technologies, this session provides a comprehensive look at photovoltaic systems, covering both stand-alone and grid-tech configurations. Participants will explore essential engineering concepts, including the integration of panels, charge controllers, batteries, and inverters, with a focus on how energy efficient solutions impact system scalability and cost.

The programme includes hands-on learning within the laboratory environment, allowing attendees to gain proficiency in the configuration and operation of PV systems. Guidance will also be provided on interpreting electrical specifications, technical documentation, and troubleshooting practices to ensure optimal system performance.
