Built Environment Assessment CPD 2026

Date: 12th February 2026
Time: 10-3

Led by Built Environment specialist and experienced presenter Paul Dodds, this session will explore marking and assessment processes used in Built Environment competitions. Attendees will review examples of competition tasks, marking criteria, and assessment expectations, with clear guidance on how these approaches can inform and enhance classroom delivery.

The session is discussion-led rather than practical, making it suitable for tutors seeking clarity on assessment standards, scoring, and the interpretation of competition briefs across Built Environment disciplines.
This session is designed for Further Education and Work-Based Learning staff delivering construction, civil engineering, surveying, or wider Built Environment programmes.

Thursday 12th February – Pembrokeshire College (Room G7.28)
