Nail Technician

Nail technicians apply nail enhancements to satisfy current trends in an expanding industry. They are expected to carry out treatments such as manicures and pedicures, as well as application and removal of artificial nails, nail art, acrylic and gel polish. In addition, they assess the condition of the skin and nails, check for any issues before beginning treatment on a client and complete a consultation providing the client with a professional salon experience.

This competition aims to challenge competitor’s skills, knowledge, safe working practices and client care but also an opportunity to showcase competitors creativity.
