The Inclusive Sustainable Enterprise Competition helps young people develop workplace skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and an understanding of sustainability.
Working in teams, participants will upcycle an everyday item into a creative, marketable product using sustainable materials for decoration .
Examples could include furniture, clothing, accessories, bikes/scooters and garden items.
Packaging materials like plastic bottles, tin cans, and glass jars should be avoided.
The challenge encourages creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while providing valuable experience in sustainable business practices—essential for future employment or self-employment.
